About Manifest

Calling all those who are wine and food curious, join us in our elegant industrial style restaurant and dine at wine bar in the heart of the Baltic Triangle.

Manifest is a casual fine dining restaurant from husband and wife team Paul and Charlotte Durand. Located in the heart of Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle, nestled on a side street in a historic warehouse building Manifest brings the history and modern vibrancy of the area to life.

Manifest is a small restaurant, with a dine at counter and 6 spacious tables. It is an elegant and industrial styled space designed with the kitchen as the focal point. Manifest celebrates the produce of the region, and the unique history of the port city being aptly named after the ships manifest.

The team at Manifest under Chef Pauls guidance forage, preserve, ferment and focus on great produce. With seasonal and sustainable supply chains at its heart and creative ways to show the food culture and creativity of Liverpool - making Manifest a unique dining experience. We think you’ll find our space and our menu both creative and full of elegant charm. Our mission to create bold flavoured skilled dishes, serving you great wines from independent small scale producers and leaving you with a true feeling of hospitality and warmth.

DINE WITH US

We are a small restaurant with 6 tables and a dine at counter. We think the chef’s counter is the highlight of the restaurant with action views of the kitchen and more chances to interact with our team. If you’d like the chefs counter then please add this to your booking notes and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Likewise if you require a table we will do our best to accommodate your request, please put ‘table’ in your booking notes. Priority for a table will always go to those with accessible needs, and otherwise can’t be guaranteed. We want everyone to have a great time and memorable experience so will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Manifest offers two menus both available for reservations made Wednesday - Saturday 12.00-2.45pm and 5.00-9.30pm. Please use the booking widget with our booking partner DishCult.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT MANIFEST

Manifest has relaxed dining room and dine at bar, where service is attentive but informal. Our whole team is trained in service and will be part of the waiting staff, so please don’t be surprised if the kitchen check back or take orders.

Our food and passion for produce take centre stage, we make everything possible in house from the best ingredients following the flow of the seasons. Expect home made bread, oils, house charcuterie, preserves, pickles, ferments and brews. These won’t all be listed on the menu and highlighted on every dish, but for the food curious the chef is always happy to come and talk through our dishes,  the layers of detail and the network of suppliers who make us what we are - We look forward to welcoming you to our spot in the Baltic, Liverpool.

There is limited road side parking, and a pay to park car park 2 minutes walk up St James St towards Kitchen St.

Liverpool Central train station is a 15 minute walk, and the L1 bus station a 10 minute walk.
